Skinny Waffle Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

¼ cup coconut flour
1 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Truvia Baking Blend
¼ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. sea salt
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
4 eggs
non-stick cooking spray

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat waffle iron. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs and almond milk. Add the coconut flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt, combining until smooth. Add the coconut oil.
  2. Spray waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon ½ of the batter into the warm iron and close the lid. Cook until golden brown.
  3. Repeat with the remaining batter.
